Cornish Inventories offer independent and specialist Inventories and Inspection services throughout the South West.

We provide Inventory Services to Agents and Private Landlords. This includes a full photographic report for all Inventories, Check-Ins, Check-Outs and Inspections. 

For Private Landlords we offer one off services and can also provide a full inspection service. This covers all visits including Inventory and Check-In, regular inspections and Check Out. This service is created for any Landlords who self manage their properties to distance themselves slightly, to keep things professional & business-like as well as having the report back up should a dispute arise.

We provide a flexible and reliable service for both private landlords and letting agencies.

We abide by the APIP Code of Conduct, are registered with the Commissioners Office and we of course also carry Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance.
